Developer Sanad Capital is a Sunshine Coast based, privately owned development and investment company, controlling approximately 25ha of land at 2652 Steve Irwin Way, Glenview, Sunshine Coast, Queensland. 

The development site has 500m of road frontage on the iconic Steve Irwin Way, a major arterial road holding 20,000 vehicles passers by daily.

The project is set to be delivered in two stages:-

Stage 1A

  • Actventure Waterpark (a 1ha Waterpark with approved operating hours of 9am - 9pm 7 days a week, boasting 20+ integrated waterslides, swim up bar and food kiosks, ample day beds and cabanas for hire, merchandise store, plus associated play/arcade facilities plus fast food and dine in options to service the Waterpark and Resort)

  • Invigorate Resort – 160 key, 4 star resort targeted to families primarily from the Queensland drive market and interstate

  • Associated Retail to support resort and waterpark patrons, the local catchment and drivers by the site will have access and parking

Stage 1B

Will utilise the balance land and will build on the success of the first stage with 74 units, plus expanded Tourist Activities, Waterpark and PerfectSwell®. The end products will be setting a new tone with Queensland’s famous parks like Wet n Wild waterpark.

  • MCU21/0487 - Material Change of Use to establish a Resort Complex (74 villas)

  • MCU21/0159.01 Material Change of Use to Establish a Tourist Attraction (PerfectSwell®)

  • Detailed Design and Building Approvals are underway
